On September 12, 2023, ODDITY Tech Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the purchase of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares by the Company’s Global CFO, Lindsay Drucker Mann. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K.

ODDITY TECH ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF CLASS A SHARES BY GLOBAL CFO Lindsay Drucker Mann

 

NEW YORK, September 12, 2023 -- ODDITY Tech Ltd. (NASDAQ: ODD) today announced that its Global CFO, Lindsay Drucker Mann, has recently purchased an aggregate of approximately $1,000,000 of ODDITY’s Class A ordinary shares in the open market. The purchases were made in full compliance with ODDITY’s insider trading policy.

 

Ms. Drucker Mann’s decision to purchase shares reflects the compelling value she sees in the stock and her strong confidence in the business.
